Custom Orders: Since all items at Salt & Light Creations are custom 3D printed and made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items: We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Errors: If we made an error with your order (wrong item, incorrect customization), we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
